We are located in Hamburg behind Meijers on Alysheba Way in Stonecrest Office Colony, second set of brick buildings on the left.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Not at this time.
Do you take evening or weekend appointments?
We are available for some evening appointments but we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
What is your late/cancellation policy?
If a patient no-call, no-shows or cancelled within 24 hours of their appointment, we instill a $25 cancellation fee.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
We'll sit down for a comprehensive consultation to discuss your symptoms and desired results. The doctor will be able to advise you on which treatment is the best for you.
How much do you charge for an initial consultation?
The answer to this depends on your insurance or if you are self-pay.

Yes! We run specials throughout the year.

When should I arrive for my first appointment?
If your new patient paperwork is completed you can arrive at the scheduled time. If not, then please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
